ah they come and go. it depends if I'm bulking or trying to cut or just not having enough time to eat eat enough calories. peanut butter and honey toast is my favorite high calorie snack with a shake but i guess i just need to eat more. my family doesn't understand the desire to grow in size and strength but it's an addiction i will never give up on
i have a really hard time gaining though because my job burns a normal persons calorie requirements for one whole day in 8 hours and adding a workout after is really burning some calories i can't afford to loose. any tips? (i already eat untill i feel like i'm going to rip my gut)
damn real good work...the only thing i'd say is do more lats and traps...deadlifts will help out in no time...but yeah everything is looking good, nice work
