How I Started:
Put on a quick 20 pounds of fat freshman year of college and was not ok with it.
Why I Love It:
The sore feeling the next morning makes me proud I hit it hard. A feeling of self-accomplishment knowing I'm bettering myself every day I'm in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
A constant unsatisfaction with progress. And when I'm a cop in the future, the ability to take down criminals that are bigger than I am.
BB Accomplishments:
Benched 175 this summer, which was my weight at that time.
Quick question if anyone out there can help me out. I have really bad knees, torn cartilage and the next step is knee replacements in both knees. This basically eliminates squats, hacks, and leg press. I would still like to train my legs for strenght, but am out of ideas. Any help would...
