I've always had a interst in improving the body since high school when i took weight lifting for football.

hell ya! that help you with football. Do hit training. i use it for my cardio. what you do is run 40 yards as fast as you can then jog back then do it again 10 times. tell me how you feel after that.

man, i bulk up for 3 months eatin all the time protein intake was min of 300's. lifting heavy as hell, 8-10 reps for me. it's hard for me to gain mass so i really got to eat all the time.

my motivation is that I dont want to but clothes from the big girl store and I am thinking about entering a figure contest in 2008 also I am going on a cruise in a few days and I wanted to look good for all my new swin suits.
