Cool, Im glad all is going well. I see where you are going. Cutting is going to really make you even more nice. You got some good mass there. Cant wait to see how you turn out. Im doing well. Training solo and playing catchup after 6 months going backwards to help out just to get ditched. So im on a regain trail doing a 4 week weighted calis/weight workout. We will see how that turns out. You keep hanging in ther brother.
I Don't think your giving your Biceps time to rest/recover If your working them every 3 days your just overtraining them and they won't grow, wait about 4-5 days before training them again..
Leg Day Today, Weds. 800 lbs seated press....275 lbs standing squat....300 lbs calf raise... 255 lbs leg ext....160 lbs ham curl....120 lbs groin ext. Good leg day today for me. So I increased my leg press by 100 lbs and my squat by 50 lbs. Next week 900 lbs leg press and 300 lbs on squats. Im lovin this. I know some do better, but again, this is major progress for me. How you doing bro?
More like a great leg day. Some anger involved to which made it easier and a better workout. Dont let anger rule you. It can destroy you. But it makes you have a great workout.
Weds-Leg Day. This is what I did today: Seat Pressed up to 700 lbs. Started at 400 10 per set. Squated up to 225x8 - Rare for me due to (FEAR) Maxed Out the Leg Extension - 255 lbs, Maxed Out the Calf - 400 lbs x 25 - 5 sets, Ham Curls - 150 lbs - 5 sets..., Groin Squeeze - 150 lbs - 5 sets Im gonna be so sore tommorw.

Im doing ok. Been solo for a week now. The kid is away at the beach...showing off..lol. So im in solo mode for now. Once I get hype with it, l wont change. So he better come back quick. Thats great Ryan. You are 16 and almost up to my range. I did get up to 265 on flat, but, now im doing incline only and made it up the 205 as you are doing. Im so proud of you lil bro, cause you are dedicated and xploding very fast. Keep on rocking kidd and enjoy your chest workout.
Im doing real good. My prodigy is doing better then me. But he is suppose to. But we are still hitting the gym early. For 2 weeks we will be doing weighted calis. Today I added 75 lbs and did 5 chinups. Thats made my weight 235. It was intense but successful. Then pushups, dips, wide pullups and reverse dips. Then we did arms. So its a very intense week of training. Im lovin it. The kid is now learning to spot and push. So its all good.
