bk92 Hey man i dont remember if I answered you question of how I got my squat numbers so high. I do legs twice a week & I always push my legs 2 their limit & keep the tension on them while I do squats. I go just below 90 & just above therefore I never hav a break! Nov 16, 2011 12:56am
