How I Started:
Initialy back from playing football in HS. Then increased it notch when I joined the Navy to be a Rescue Swimmer!
Why I Love It:
Feel good about myself and being a role model for my junior sailors...
How I Stay Motivated:
Have not been for a while, my motivation started today 1APR, when my daughter said I was getting "chubby" also have cruise coming up in July.
