How I Started:
I started working out with my brother in the summer, but at that time I didnt know anything about body building, I thought all you had to do is go to the gym lift some weights go home and do the same thing the next day. I decided to educate myself on the most crucial concepts, and I started reading books on bodybuilding.

My goal is to be 210-220lb with 8-10%BFF
Goal (Long):
I am 20 years old, when I was 15 I promised myself after watching a body building show that once day I will be close to the mass those guys are on tv. I want to be able to take off my shirt, not feel embarrassed and be proud of achieving something such as gaining lot of muscle. I am also joining the Police Dept in about a year or two, and from there on I will try my hardest to join the SWAT, so this gets me motivated even more to work out hard, and get big.
