I liked to think I had a great physique, but was tired of being proved wrong time and again when I look into the mirror. I decided to let my body convince me instead.
Why I Love It:
Seeing my body get better every single day. The feeling of satisfaction after a great workout.

29/3/08 - Nothing impressive but am proud to bench 80kg for 3 reps at 76.5kg bodyweight.

thanks that was like 4 years ago. those were the days. i managed to keep some strength. the trick will be to keep it after i drop the weight this time around.
