Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:

Male

34
Location:
Provo, Utah, United States
Occupation:
Deputy Sheriff
Personal Website:
Gym:
Gold's Gym
Gym Location:
Provo, Orem
When I Started:
1989
How I Started:
I started lifting weights for high school football and the bodybuilding bug bit hard. I was only 120lbs. as a sophomore and I wanted to gain weight and look bigger. By the time I graduated high school I weighed 195lbs.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is lifestyle that I live on a daily basis. I love the feeling of having accomplished a task each time I train and eat a muscle-building meal. I love pushing my body to the limit in the gym and seeing the results in the mirror. I love the challenge of building muscle and getting in contest shape without the crutch of steroids or other drugs. 100% natural, non-synthetic, and no added hormones!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I always have a goal in mind. I love to compete and know what it takes to be able to win--even if it means rolling my ass out of bed at 5 a.m. for a leg workout.
BB Accomplishments:
1992 Mr. Intermountain: 1st place teen; 1993 Utah Cup: 1st place teen, 3rd mens novice; 2007 NGA Utah Bodybuilding: 1st place novice middle weight
