Yuk! Sorry about the arm! I know that had to suck! Thanks for the compliment. Yep, I'm a little undecided on the abs. I don't like them when women get too lean but I want everything tightened up at the same time! LOL Just monitoring and adjusting as I go. Your abs are looking awesome in you avi :)
Hey Ryan! Good to hear from you. I know the feeling ... I've been crazy busy too. My ab contest ends on the 15th and I'm basically just where I was! lol How're your workouts going?
Good for you, bud. I'm glad it's better. Yeah, it takes time. As for looking "fuller" -- I'm happy to gain size but I would like it to stay lean and tight. Looks like you've leaned out a bit recently. Nice work. :)
HEY MAN! Glad to see you back. How's the arm? Things are ok here. I'm dealing with a neck injury that has had me out of training for a few weeks. It's an old injury that got aggrivated. Going in to consult with a neurosurgeon to discuss my options. Kinda sucks right now. But I'm dealing. :) How are you?!

Thanks buddy! Im gonna try to take some current pics soon. Im still trying to get my abs to catch up to the rest of my body. Its all diet for me still, I have to eat, lol! Have a good weekend.
Your looking leaner so the diet is helping. Keep it up. Ive been good just trying to drop bf still. Ive been doing a lot of highreps and supersets along with a lot cardio. I did a 3 mile run on the street for the very first time the other day. I was proud as hell because Ive never been a runner and I just started running not to long ago. Ttys
