i can sort of feel when my body is in a catabolic state. because my body fat is so low.. The rtd i drink is low carbs and 42gs of protein i sip on it for about 20 mins.. A lot of times in the morning i will only eat a banana before i workout and i am in the gym for 2 and a half hours sometimes doing cardio and weight training.

yea i try to keep most of my carbs around my workout. I also try to maintain a high energy level all day so my metabolism can keep up with the food. Believe it or not cardio and abdominal workouts help with digestion. I dont eat much before I workout usually just a banana. But after its 5-6 meals every 2 hours and no its not always the same but under my healthy food section is what a good day would be.

yea it sucks to feel like that.. try doing more ab workouts to help with the bloating.. also increase your cardio.. You still look like you could use some more bulk.. train hard and work through your bulking. youll be happy with your gains when you lean back out

well i usually only answer private messages but..the way i got my arms is doing alot of isolations like skullcrushers.. weighted dips.. tricep extensions.. close grip bench.. for my bicep i just worked the angles with different curls... practice good form above all... going heavy builds size.. start at twelve reps end with 4-6.

read frank zanes guides to BBing... he probably sells them on his site.. I try to model my physique off of zanes.. took me about 3-4 years to get them where they are

bro ive never taken steroids and ive been lifting since i was 15 too. It may take a little more time but stay natural and make gains that will last.. youre already doing really well just stick with it

yea i know taking steroids is probably the worst thing you could do for your health and has deadly side effects.. also it gives you a dsttached gut, makes you go bald, shrinks your balls, stunts your growth, gives you bloated and temporary muscle... roid rage.. swells your head... demotivates you... i cant think of a single reason to take them.
