My Motivation Program
I write down every workout I do and always try to do better than I did the last workout. Each year, I pick a period of time (usually 3-4 months) when I will diet down and get really ripped and in great shape. Sometimes I do it for a guest posing, other times it is for a photo shoot. This motivates me to train very hard and eat right in order to achieve peak condition.

wow great body man.. i'v a Q'tion if u dont mind, well i bought this 2:1:1 & i was wondering if i should also add to it a creatine (Phosphagen Elite by eas) for example or is it enough? & if i do add a creatine which 1 i should take immediately after workin out?
