Overall Goal: At 36 years old and having already competed for years and earned my natural pro card, my primary goals at this point is to help others improve and share with them what I've learned.
Fit Status:
NaturalPhysique has not entered a Fit Status.
Ask NaturalPhysique for an update.
Chose a weightlifting class for one of my electives as a senior in high school and was instantly addicted. Never looked back and have never taken more than 3 days off from lifting in a row.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because I enjoy the challenge of improving physically and mentally. The fact that one can completely alter their physical appearance through living a healthy lifestyle and weight training is amazing to me. ....Ok, and plus I like looking better than 99% of the population.
How I Stay Motivated:
The alternative to being fit and healthy keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Won the overall and earned my natural pro card at the NGA 2002 Gulf Coast Classic in Houston, TX

Overcoming odds. Although I've not lost a leg, I have had multiple operations on my right leg and one on my left. My right leg is 1" shorter than my left. Like Errol (Captain Ahab), I've not let my challenges slow me down. Keep training, Captain, you look great!

I just dropped by to say that you look absolutely fantastic! You have the body that so many men dream of but are not willing to put the effort into developing, and you are doing it naturally!. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to others, especially me. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Hey Greg thanks for the advice.
I've been using whey protein for about a year and half now but never had my diet straight. I'm pleased to say now though, i've got everything in good working order :)diet, training etc. so was just going to use Creatine as an aid to help me reach my goals.
How's your training going pal?
