Reason: Muscle Milk by CytoSport deserves high praise. Been using this protein powder for years, through both bulking and cutting, and it's one of the very few tried and true supplements, IMO. High quality protein and good fats and not a lot of carbs. And not overpriced. Plus, it tastes great! CytoSport now has a multitude of flavors to choose from. They're all tasty! Keep up the great work, CytoSport.

Reason: Good overall daily vitamin/mineral complex, and very reasonably priced. NOW products also have the GMP seal, which means that the label claims have been tested in an unbiased lab and are true to their claims.

Reason: Basically, the reason I take this supplement is the same as Muscle Milk. It's good quality, not overpriced, and tastes good. Been using it for a long time. In general, I have a lot of faith in Optimum Nutrition products. Good, reputable company. Anyway, that's it for me. These are the supplements I take. Nothing fancy or faddish. Just basic stuff that works.

Natural Factors Rx Omega-3 Factors (Fish Oil)

Reason: Fish oil is one of the best omega-3 fatty acid supplements. And because the EFAs are in the form of DHA and EPA, it is much better absorbed and utilized than the EFAs in flax (which is in the form of ALA). I take it for its many benefits, including natural test booster, natural joint lubrication, brain function, cardiovascular, and the list goes on. Also, I find this brand to be the only one that's 100% pure and doesn't smell bad or cause burps/gas.
