How I Started:
I started with a good friend at another gym.. and wasn't very dedicated so after about six months he talked me in to getting back into it and I di and have been going strong for about a year and a half....
Why I Love It:
It takes all the stress from the "outside world" off my shoulders... The gym is a place for lifting nothing else.
How I Stay Motivated:
By watching myself grow.
BB Accomplishments:
Graduated last year (2006) at 145lbs. and am now 180 at 11% body fat.

To become as ripped and lean as possible. walk on stage looking as good as possible and do good in my first competition at 19. Then I want to bulk soon after that for about another year and hit my second competition at Lightweight 195 - 225lbs at age 21..My main goal is to see how big I can get NATURALLY and maybe one day way down the road compete in Mr. Natural Olympia
