Always wanted to, but I didn't get started until I went away to college.
I was 6ft 135 pounds. I added 50 pounds in 5 years. I then went to England and met with Andrulla Blanchette. She fixed my diet and I added 20 more pounds.
I have since lost some due to injuries that have gotten in the way of working out. I am working on being pain free to workout at 100% effort again.
I am also a photographer looking to meet figure and fitness models who want to expand their portfolios and possibly get paid assignments. I will eventually be starting my own company and being hiring fit models.
Why I Love It:
I've played sports since childhood. Athletes bodies are in shape, so I just grew attracted to that look from the time I was young.
How I Stay Motivated:
Some days it's not a challange, others it is. I have no secret to it, and I think I use any and every way I can think of, especially to get through the re-hab days.
BB Accomplishments:
I took 12th place in the Eliminator at the MuscleMania in Los Angeles in 1998.

I am getting closer to my short team goals. I benched 275 for 2 reps and curled a 135 lbs barbell for 2 reps. I leave this Thursday to cover the Olympia for Real Gainz Magazine.

Hey Danny. Yes, I will be there. Ava Cowan is a personal close friend of mine and I am going to support her! :-) I just adore Ava! Are you guys going to be doing a photoshoot???? Maybe if I could get into good enough shape Ava and I could shoot together for a few sets??? We have always wanted to do that. I am taller than her, but we look good together in regular pics. Talk to her...I am game if you guys are. :-)

I started carrying my journal today! I worked out a new program for myself and started yesterday. Splitting weight training into five days instead of four to focus more on each body part, and working each part once a week. Adding weight, lowering reps. Doing less cardio. One day totally devoted to cardio, but still taking the circuit class only once per week. I'll be working out six days a week but less time each day. I'll let you know how it works out. You know, I think you are on to something with the massages. I will try to fit them into my budget. I know my body would sure benefit from them. I have been pretty sore my first week of training. Glad to hear your workouts are going well.
