I started working out back in '92. I've been in and out of gyms since then. I just decided recently while going through my divorce that I would try to use bodybuilding to get me through this time in my life.
Why I Love It:
I actually hate working out. But I love the results...whenever I see them...
How I Stay Motivated:
By mentally pushing myself to get through 1 day at a time, 1 step at a time.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but when I have one, I'll get back to you...

That is my best and I will accept nothing less...

She teaches, raises her kids, and maintains her body through exercise, nutrition and cardio (which is a job all by itself). If she can do it, then so can I...
Alright. Here I am, with another blog entry after a long hiatus. I am gonna try this once again. This time, I have nothing in my way (not that it wasn't like that at any time before...). I have (3) three weeks clear that I have absolutely nothing to do. And when I say nothing to do, I...
Man, I read your response to my blog post and man, you already look like you're big enough to push a truck or two if required. LOL, but hey, if no one is asking you for it, don't go volunteering. :-)
LMAO, at any rate. What the heck made you go after 275 at 7% BF. I thought I was mad with my 230 at 7% BF but damn, I guess that'll be the next stop.
