How I Started:
It was back in highschool. I didn't want to take math so i had the option of taking a weightlifting class. I've been doing it ever since.
Why I Love It:
It all comes down to the rush of adrinaline and the pump i get when lifting some heavy weight. Also it gives me the body i can be proud of.
How I Stay Motivated:
The resultes i see in the mirror are my main motivator. Plus when my wife notices a gain in my size and throws a compliment my way, that motivates me a lot.
BB Accomplishments:
I've had many accomplishments in my training, such as getting to the top rack of DB's. I remember when i finally got past 50's and moved to 55's, the top rack, i was so stoked. Things like that are what keep me motivated to keep on keeping on. I have never been in a competition, or been to one for that matter. I would like one day to see one and perhaps enter my first one day.
I currently am at 160 and would like to get to 200. This is a longterm goal. I currently am training Monday, Wednessday, and Fridays. When ever i see a guy at teh gym who is just huge and every muscle he has is cut and bulging out of his shirt i just get excited and pumped to work and train harder. Bodybuilding for me has been a passion ever since highschool in gym class when i picked up my first dumbell. Weight training gives me disapline. I've always been a smaller guy but able to do big things. I've always had a drive to see if i could get the body i've always wanted. The one thing that sticks in the front of my mind is i want to be the guy that when people see me they say, "Wow, that guys is huge!" Don't know why, i just love bodybuilding.

I'm confident in my training at the gym. and i feel i am getting the proper amount of sleep. I Have doubts about my nutrition. I eat six to seven times daily. Every two and a half to three hours. I've been trying to eat five hundred cals. over my maintenance cals. and up it by 300 every two...
