Get thicker and stronger, Have to get rid of that ectomorph look!
Goal (Long):
Primarily I'm not happy with how skinny my arms are. I would like them to have a wider, fuller feel. I don't like the thin long look to the muscles. I'm not as unhappy with my chest and stomach, but I definitely need improvement. I have kind of a seven pack haha, so I definitely want to get to the full 8 with a leaner tighter feel to them. Chest just needs to get fuller. My lats are pretty weak as well, i want to have wider ones for sure.
Legs just suck haha, I haven't been working them out for long though so hopefully I'll see a rapid improvement. They are definitely too skinny and don't match my body well.
This summer's gonna be big because I'm working so I can afford all the whey I can get, and have more free time to get into a really good schedule!
have been doing 5x5 to gain mass
but just switched over to 12, 10, 10, 8
Be going back to lower reps after a little while, in order to compete in powerlifting

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
iFitniss on the iPod! pretty awesome software and you can just do it while your listening to your music in between reps. I also use bodyspace for certain things
