When I Started:
How I Started:
In high school i got by on being athletic. When i went to college to play baseball i needed to bulk up. Now that my career is over i want to bulk up and then cut down my body fat
Why I Love It:
I love the burn and how the body transforms. The way a diet and lifting can change the body is amazing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the comments people make towards me when i havent seen them in awhile.
