How I Started: I was insanely skinny and wanted to do something about it. I weighed 105 at 5'6. My older brother got me into it and Ive been hooked ever since
Why I Love It: Unlike most sports/hobbies its a way of life. Everything you do affects the outcome of your results, being it not getting enough sleep, eating too much.... Bodybuilding is a lifestyle and a great one at that
How I Stay Motivated: I love improving my physique and the compliments like your getting big and stuff help me stay motivated. Oh and for the first time ever someone said I was on roids. So I can tell im making progress Haha.
BB Accomplishments: Gaining about 50 pounds, bringing my bench from 70 pounds to 180 pounds, and bringing my arms from 10.5 to 14 inches are my biggest accomplishments.

Great job on the muscle gain. Solid traps, chest, arms and back. Now work on the waist, get that 8 pack going and some work on lats and there's one great physique on the way. Best of luck with all your goals. You'll get there I'm sure. Andre
