Tuesday -Upper Body

Thursday - Lower Body

Deadlift

Occasional 15min cardio followed after lifting.

I am going to give Strong Lifts 5x5 routine a shot.
Full body workout alternating 3 days a week. ABA, BAB

update: This really helped me learn BB training and getting my form down on those lifts.
