Hey Kat! You look fantastic! What an inspiration... I just watched your video for pull ups and I would love to know how you trained to eventually be able to do them! I can get one and that's it! And I think it might be a mental game cuz believe me i lift heavy and feel I am strong enough to do them..... any advice? thanks!

what state do you live in? no beach?!! thats nuts...lol... its good to have the beach for motivation but the winter sucks cuz you are sooo covered up and don't see the pounds creeping on!

the new diet is going great! thank god! LOL.... I love dieting... or should i say having a controlled food intake..4 out of my 6 meals have carbs in it. And my last two don't consist of carbs. You have your diet posted?

yeah I have to stay busy too! Plus it was finally nice enough to go to the beach on sunday which makes me wanna stick to my diet even more!

thanks for the advice! I have been sticking to my diet and I do slowly feel better. Not 100% yet... but getting there! plus going to the beach this weekend and wearing a bikini helps me wanna work even harder!

no seriously thank you soo much for the inspiring words! i really liked the smashing car comment. It is sooo true! Just stop while ahead before doing more damage. How long did it take you to feel some what back into shape after the first show? I feel like its gonna take my body about 6 weeks of strict dieting to get back into it

thanks so much! Ya i was sooo lost after the show my mind and body went nuts!!! now my calories are around 1700 to put on some muscle and have heavy workouts w/ lower reps for a couple weeks. then i plan on cutting back slowly. whatcha think?

very nice! thats what my original goal was...(to stay within 5-6lbs) but i didn't know what to expect after my first show... but i already learned my lesson on that! LOL... up ten pounds and trying to decrease now :)
