My goal is to finally feel confident in my own body!! I want to walk around in my bikini and never feel the need to cover up with shorts! Also, I want to get down to my ultimate goal weight which is 125 lbs. I want to tighten my booty as much as possible and lower my body fat percentage! I want to be able to do a pull up and continue to push myself not only in working out but in life as well!

Day 1- Legs & calves
Day 2- Shoulders & tris
Day 3- Back & Hamstrings
Day 4- 45 min. cardio
Day 5- Chest & Bi's
Day 6- 45 min. cardio
Day 7- Rotate back to day 1
Abs- 2x's a week
Cardio- 30 minutes 5x's a week/45...

looks like we were both mia for a while eh!!!?!! how's the prep going!!?!! i'm fifteen weeks preggers now. over the hump of fear at least... but also 10 pounds up! WHOOO! how are things on your end!?!
OMG how are you going to diet through the summer...that is my fun time to eat and drink,,dont care about the bikinis, not till the fall anyways. Lets keep in better touch!!! My fault last time! ;) J~
When are you going to compete next? I am doing well with the size thing. I will have to see when I diet down again, but I feel bigger and not fat wise either! I have 4 weeks holidays this summer, can't wait! :)

hear that! yeah my diet ideas are posted under my blog. i'm so lost without oatmeal! (health crap... i can try it again in october but until then i'm trying to substitute with gluten free)...
no prob! how's the new diet working (day two right? hehe) mine starts officially next week but i'm doing a little trial on it this week. i love that you posted your diet plan... always like to get ideas from others especially involving diet! i'm with you on having at least a LITTLE (if only a little) carb each meal. looks yummy!
