Overall Goal: So far this year I have lost close to 7% bodyfat and i'm not done yet! I have a whole new set of goals and i'm startin a new routine to shake things up! Boxing and kickboxing here I come!!! :D

How I Started:
I decided that I wanted to be in the best shape of my life and that I finally had the motivation to do it.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing all the changes my body is making. It motivates me to keep pushing!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just remember my goals and try to stay focused. I love to see my results so it motivates me to keep going. I also hate how I feel if I start slacking off so it keeps me going on the right path.

Goal (Long):
I have been making awesome progress since I started weight training and eating clean in January. I am constantly impressed by what my body can do. Seeing results keeps me going strong and excited to see where I can go. I'd love to be a fitness model, but if that never happens I won't stop until I at least look like one. I am lucky to have found bodybuilding.com and Team Poynter because they provide the motivation that I need and can't find anywhere else. My goal is to be the best I can be!
