How I Started:
I just wanted to lose weight. That was my main goal. I didn't care how I was going to do it, I just wanted it done. Now, I'm taking it as a more healthy approach... I'm not watching numbers on the scale, but I see how I look in clothes and pictures.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, and I work off any stress that I may be feeling that day. I always feel relieved when I leave the gym
How I Stay Motivated:
well, I would like to say that I reward myself all the time, but I don't. I really want to go on vacation... so I said that once I reach 220lbs, I'm taking the first plane out to a tropical island:)

Goal (Long):
Well, to start off I would describe myself as being overweight. I've always been a big kid. I ate everything I wanted but told myself that it was alright because I was active. I played baseball, hockey, basketball... plus, I always thought that since I was tall, I could get away with eating more. As I got older, my weight crept up on me, and now I'm having trouble losing it. I've never wanted to be skinny, but more so healthy with nice muscle definition. I'm currently 5'11 and weight 260 lbs. I WILL lose 80 lbs by the new year, and transform my body to unleash a new me. I'm excited.
