When I Started: May, 2006
How I Started: I just started a six day a week cardio routine, and started hitting the weights three days a week shortly after.
Why I Love It: It helps me relieve stress, and I know I'm doing something great for myself.
How I Stay Motivated: I see my goal in my mind, and I keep working towards it. Simple as that!
BB Accomplishments: I have lost 20+ pounds and more than 7% body fat since May 5th of this year.
