I started out with a general interest in health and fitness. I have met many different people in my route who have opened my eyes to new and different things. I have been inspired by a few people to start bodybuiling. And I will try anything twice, as long as it's challenging.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because there is never a dull moment. There are always changes to be made and hills to climb.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't really need to concentrate on modivation. I love bodybuilding so much, it almost comes natural.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't had many big accomplishments yet. I am still new to this game. I have recently noticed certain muscle growth

NatalieF changed Body Fat from 20% to 18%, a loss of 2 percentage points in 463 days
I am planning to do a figure competition this coming march. I have already started dieting but, I need suggestions as to how lean I should get. I know that I can drop weight and body fat fairly quick and I don't want to take it too far. All suggestions are welcome! Thanks
