How I Started:
I use to be a huge jock is highshool. I played volleyball, basketball & soccer. When I got out of highschool I stopped playing sports and became less active. So I decided to do something that I would enjoy and got into working out.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel so damn good after I'm finished with my workout for the day. Makes me confident about my self. Also you look better than a average person that does not workout on a regular basics.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motoviated for me. I see these un happy over weight people and how miserable they are and dont want to be like them when I get older.

Goal (Overall):
Get a nice defined toned stomach. Also all over body toning.
Goal (Long):
I want to have a all over body tone. I want to see some cuts in my arms and show some muscle. I want to keep my legs thin but toned without them looking bulky. Also with my back, toned but not looking manly. With my stomach I want to get it cut up and looking sexy with more of the V shape showing.

Hey,Im trying to make sure I eat protein with every meal, have carbs early in the day,I only ever eat wholewheat but I rarely eat bread. Im using an EAS whey protein powder,it is protein isolate- it is soooo delicious and after wrkout I have an EAS protein bar, not very tasty but has 50g of protein. Im loving sweetcorn and tuna at the moment. Make sure you drink plenty of water! Lost fat off stomach by eating chicken slices,water and protein shakes-I hope this has helped!
