So I've decided to cut until I reach the weight at which my athletic performance is affected negatively, eg. the weight at which I compromise strength or endurance in anaerobic work.
I'll be monitoring the repetition range for specific weights on the incline bench press, lat...

I agree, I've done the same with the body measurements and they were way off. I really have no idea what mine is--I'm guessing certainly in the single digits.
Wow! Didn't mean to offend u. From my experience and others I know who start really trying to cut up, carbs go out the window and I have felt really weak in the gym. Just provides u with that additional bit of immediate fuel during and after ur workouts. Just a suggestion. U've obviously got a program that works based on your progress.--E
the one pic of my when i was alll dried out in a cage uniform is mine~ I have to take teroxatonin ( sp) for that not eat or drink anything and sit in a sauna~ it sucked now i jsut walk in there
