How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
everything is a superset or circuit training so only breaks for water are allowed.

it varies. 8-12 reps to recruit different fibers. sometimes 20-40. for instance, with abs and biceps.

I agree, I've done the same with the body measurements and they were way off. I really have no idea what mine is--I'm guessing certainly in the single digits.

Wow! Didn't mean to offend u. From my experience and others I know who start really trying to cut up, carbs go out the window and I have felt really weak in the gym. Just provides u with that additional bit of immediate fuel during and after ur workouts. Just a suggestion. U've obviously got a program that works based on your progress.--E
