LMAO about 100lbs and 18yr old.
IN iraq 208lbs, with 2 hot meals a day. With a 600 square foot outdoor gym where its 130's during the day and 100ish at night. No cables little bumbbells and no machines. Bad lighting in the tent for the pic.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Usually between 3-4 sometimes 5 sets. And I get mainly 6-8 and some exercises or drop sets 10-12. And 15-20 on abs.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
How ever long it takes to get a drink of water and my partner to do his set.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I dont know, I dont look up to fake people.

Yea it is tough to eat 6 proper meals a day. I am a full time student and work as well so my schedule is all over the place. I try to eat as much as possible and always eat healthy. I am a very hard gainer so thats a challenge. I really got into this lifestyle. I don't party much, I am at the gym 5-6 times a week, and I try to eat healthy.
