I began running last year but this year I'm finally starting to incorporate weight training as well.
Why I Love It:
It's just the beginning right now, but I love feeling that I'm changing my body everytime I workout. I love looking ahead to the good things that will come out of this.

I've always been a cardio-fanatic, and began running 5 miles a day last year, but I tend to shy away from any weight lifting. I know that if I truly want the body of my dreams, I really need to start incorporating weight training into my regimen. I want to keep up with my cardio, but start lifting weights for each muscle group. My goal is to be toned and trim all over. My target fat loss areas are my love handles, lower stomach, and thighs.
