It's going good hittin it like 6 days a week. Just trying to lean out and build as much muscle in the process that I can. I have lost 15 pounds in a month, so I can't complain too much, I just hit a plateau right now.

Hey Nick, how is training going? Everything here is going ok, I'm just trying to lean out but put on muscle at the same time. I dropped 10 pounds in a month but kept the same amount of muscle and power. I think it's not too bad.
