I found that I can't gain my weight easily, and I looks thin. So I think to gain my weight, there is no other way beside gain my muscle. Luckly, my idol CR7 has a great body too, so I inspired by him.
Why I Love It:
Because it have many advantages than disadvantages. Muscle is the best dress ever that human made. Looks Good, Feels Good, DO GOOD!

Goal (Long):
I want shallow lats, proportional biceps and triceps, sixpack, great pec of chest like Arnold's, and proportional shoulder. Also veins in biceps and chest

Slap, slap! :D If you aren't feeling DOMs then its time to change what you are doing. Your body gets used to a routine and needs change or it won't develop. Get out there and work hard!!! Have fun with it too!
i'd say if you really want those results you'll have to work for them..that's the only way youll get them in life.. make yourself strong and have that willpower to go out there and get it!!! lol
Just ask her to get you some more protein, cottage cheese, fish, tofu, whatever. Mom's are pretty good about trying to help you out with that. We love to see our kids eat.
