I started working out as a teenager as a way to put on size in that I was very skinny. I tried protein shakes and eating massive amounts of food, but it was not until I began weight training that I started to see the results I truly wanted, the rest of course is history.
Why I Love It:
It is very relaxing, it helps me to connect with my body and process my thoughts. It helps me to stay balanced and in great shape. I love having lots of energy and feeling great all the time.
How I Stay Motivated:

I fell in love with you(I still have some of your pictures on my wall lol) You were one of the only women who didn't look like a man..back then female bodybuilders took massive amounts of steroids and other drugs..essentially turning themselves into men which was absolutely grotesque and as absurd as me taking estrogen to get a nice pair of boobs and round curves..
