Started out very slowly years ago when the weight of having 2 kids was not going away. I have picked up the pace little by little and now I work out 5 days a week.
Why I Love It:
I have gained self confidence and feel better about myself. Helps me think more clearly and have more energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
The way I look and feel. Compliments from others especially my husband.
yeah, nutrition seems to be 75% of the equation.Some fat burners might help. too. I take good ol' CLA. It's been around for years and doesn't give you palpitations like some of the stuff that's out there. A good mix of cardio and weight training should help, but I find weight training more effective- circuit training is even better- you get the weights and cardio all at once. Do you have a meal plan that you follow?
