Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Well, I guess. Not a biggie...I was doing bent over flies and I don't know what happened. It was just too heavy and it hurt to do them anymore. About a week I was ok.

I hope you are getting better, it sucks getting sick lol just keep taking care of yourself and get your health back to 100% so you can get back to your workouts girl and train hard.
