What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Well, I guess. Not a biggie...I was doing bent over flies and I don't know what happened. It was just too heavy and it hurt to do them anymore. About a week I was ok.

its looking really good I am almost done with it too. Its been a long road but its so worth it. I cant wait to just be able to live in my house and not have to work on it every night, plus then I can hit the gym like I want too again.
well thats good i am glad your getting back on track. I am kinda having to do the same thing myself. I have been redoing my house so most of my free time is spent on that.
