Hot Power Yoga at least 4x a Week and Cardio 45 mins to 1 hour 6x a week :)
Goal (Long):
Want to own my own gym and be a personal trainer in Austin, Tx.
I want to finish my degree in about 4 years and make the best grades possible.
I want to live happy and motivated.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Well, I guess. Not a biggie...I was doing bent over flies and I don't know what happened. It was just too heavy and it hurt to do them anymore. About a week I was ok.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
improper form, too heavy I would imagine.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Sometimes I think I'm going to break my back doing squats. I probably shouldn't be thinking that.
Everytime I do seated calf raises I get such a damn good burn in my calves, it tingles through my whole body and it feels so good. Like an orgasm. I'm not kiddingg! Don't be nasty. But do calf raises feel that good to anyone else! I love them!!!
I'm glad your training is going well! I am training for something specific, for the most part powerlifting comps, but there is also a strongman comp coming up that I want to try. How was your holiday weekend?
thanks Amanda...I put up the video of it too...felt so good! :) And it looked easy too, probably coupld have done more if someone wasnt waiting to use it
this week was pretty bad actually. A lot of emotional shit, but I'm back this week. Continuing to make strength gains but not seeming to lose a lot of fat. :( Oh well I will take what I can get. :)
