I remember seeing Ava in a Bodybuilding magazine about 2 or 3 years ago. Her abs were totally ripped! I mean ripped to the point where I thought it was a drawing, I thought that was so amazing. Ava does this for a living. That inspires and motivates me to the point that I need to be, to keep pusing forward to pursue the ambitions I have for fitness and health.
stopped drinking sodas, smoking, eating the wrong way. I stay in the gym 6-7 days a week. Seeing your pictures and profile made me believe that transforming my body is possible. Keep working hard and you'll continue to grow and look better
Just wanted to let you know how much you inspire me. I was 290 lbs last December and I'm 40 lbs less as of now and you help me see that transforming my body is possible. Thank you.
My case would be way different from yours. I diet 3 months out, but I have to really keep my carbs up to maintain size. I'm not like most who usually drop carbs drastically. You'll get a million different opinions, just gotta find what works for you. I say you can do it!
