Overall Goal: Get below 260lbs before December 31st, 2009. Long term is to get below 250 and stay there and maintain as much muscle as possible with a healthy level of body fat. Hope to Compete in 2-3 years.

I remember seeing Ava in a Bodybuilding magazine about 2 or 3 years ago. Her abs were totally ripped! I mean ripped to the point where I thought it was a drawing, I thought that was so amazing. Ava does this for a living. That inspires and motivates me to the point that I need to be, to keep pusing forward to pursue the ambitions I have for fitness and health.
Thanks glad you like them lol ;) My level was down because I ain't worked out since last week but going to the gym tonight with Big ray ray so I'm excited about that!
haha well thank you...I hate cardio too, but i just stick the ipod in my ear and cardio to the music! I also go to spin classes and core classes once-twice per week to mix it up. that always makes it more fun! :)
