I decided to do a week long challenge of cardio everyday for 60min. along with weight training I do twice a week starting today till Oct. 5 2008. I don't know how much progress can be made in one week, but I thought oh what the heck I’ll try it. So here is what I look like now.

Where do you mainly workout?

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The only con about working out at home is my weights are not heavy enough for me to effectively train my back glutes and legs.

I like to take whey protein powder in milk or a shake before workouts because it helps to keep me energized during the workout.
