IrishTAQ Well, OK for me. Trying to keep with a regular routine at the present. Have been keeping up with cardio, but slacking on gym visits. Need to get myself into gear. Quit my old gym and took out membership of the a gym close to work today - so am hoping that this will make it easier for me. Nov 15, 2012 9:25am

IrishTAQ Thanks Pat. Glad you're getting to enjoy the "high life" in Bantry again. Exercise has been intermittent with me of late. I was fairly consistent until about two years ago, then work suddenly got very busy following promotion. I've been trying to get back into a regular cardio routine this year and did a lot of running in August when I stayed out on the Sheep's Head (despite the weather), but gym visits have been irregular. At least I'm not falling apart! Oct 23, 2012 4:15am
