Overall Goal: I want to lose 62 pound of fat before or in Dec'09 and want to gain 20 pounds of muscle. I would like to compete in the IFBBSA National competition, woman's psychic De-vision and always keep my new body.
Fit Status:
Just keep on doing what you doing. You look amazing!!!
This Picture was taken after my 4th week on Body for Life. I look at this picture and motivates me more to change the way I look as I do on this picture.

Goal (Long):
Well I grow up always being fat. For the last six months I was just getting tired of looking at my fat self in the mirror. So I de-sided to take up Body-For-Life program of Bill Phillips as well as the diet. In the past I have been to a couple of bodybuilding competitions and you always leave there pumped up and motivated but nothing comes of it. So I de-sided that this is the time for me to transform my whole way of living. "Any way there is nothing on TV these days" so I use my usual TV time to train. So I'm working hard to get rid of all my body fat first then I want to gain some muscle for The competition's. My ideal weight is to be 147 pounds then work from there, with bodyfat of about 18%. I am determent to do this for a very long time, and December 2009 I will look way different then I look right now.
There are so many, I usually get training programs from Bodybuilding.com , www.usn.co.za and on the Body-for-life website as well. But the internet is full of great training programs.
