Taken around Thanksgiving 2007. Pushin 150lbs. Not a pretty site. Was in the gym off and on for the last 4 years but nothing serious. Definitely not eating clean.

Relaxed my clean eating and missed some gym sessions over the last month due to traveling... but feeling leaner now than in the previous couple weeks.
