Cool, it looks like it suits your body, u look in great shape, I showed my mom your profile and pics, her 1st question was "wow, is he single" lol.. haha! Worrying but never mind. I'm hoping I wont have to do quite as much cardio once I've lost the bulk of the fat, I'm just doing it so i can see whats under all the flab, cus I want to focus really hard on muscle gain! I just want to see how far I can push my body! You story is amazing by the way, I'll buy the book when its printed! ;)

Hi bud, Monday to friday- upper body- 50 mins, 10min cardio warm up. Mon-fri 1hr every evening cardio. Soccor on sunday for 1 hr. Diet similar to body 4 life. shake pre workout 3 meals, chicken veg and carb, and snack at night, sandwich. Whatbout you?
