hey there...sorry to hear that you have to leave. Hopefully u will still be able to keep up with ur training. The back is all better...as if nothing ever happened...its crazy, but imnot complaining. I plan on getting serious for the next 2 months so hopefully I will be updating the site a bit. Talk to u soon.

Yeah thanks...I never made it to the party that night but got in a few over the weekend. Was not as much fun though since I couldn't be 'myself' so I plan on taking it easy on the back until it is all better. Unfortunately that messes with my plans to get ready for Crop over :(

HEy there....alst weekend was good..this one doesn;t look to goo. I was all excited for dc carnival and i strained my back yesterday so i am dying in pain now struggling to recuperate for a party later tonight :(

Any weight training varies from person to person because of diff. body types. I'd do you an injustice if I were to just give you a leg w/o. There are some great articles written by males on bb. But, ask yourself the following questions: 1. What are you trying to produce? 2. Do you want to dec or inc muscles? 3. Are your quads/hamstrings balanced? 4. How are your calves? 5. Are you limited due to physical constrains? 6. Do you have a goal/time to reach?
