I got started lifting weights when i was in 8th grade and always had the urge to be strong.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out and bodybuilding because When you look good... you feel good! Its a powerful feeling lifting and exercising. Bodybuilding is about change and i'm changing every day!

My mandatory supplements I take all the time!

I always use MHP's XFit Trainer 30 min before workouts on workout days only!

XFit power i take 3 times a day with meals all the time!

I always take a postworkout shake immediate or within 30 minutes of training I go with MHP's Isofast!

Probolic i take as my last meal every evening in a ice cream form, pancake form, or just a shake to keep my anabolic and fead my muscles up to 12 hours while I sleep!

My 2011 Transformation Essay!

What a 12 weeks its been into 2011! My 12 week transformation is done! This contest was a great motivator for me to get back in top shape even myself can fall off a bit. December and the Winter that we had in NY its very easy to slack on the diet and gain weight with a metabolism like myself i'm a prime example of that. One of my resolutions this year was to give up alcohol. Alcohol and bodybuilding do not mix and for me and my lifestyle its a no. Drinking can lead to alot of bad things and that was a significant thing that I had to cut out.
