Why I like this video: 8 minutes doesn't sound like a lot, right? But, it is. I really have to work my way into this vid. I have it at home I used it twice with my wife...my stomach cramped up and said: "DON'T YOU EVER DO THAT AGAIN!!" Well, that was a long time ago. I just found this vid and started into it and before the end of the third switch (right side obliques) it happened again. Ohh! I hate that. but, I'm going to do it again ASAP....btw, my wife had been doing the whole routine every morning...putting me to shame.
