well, benching and squatting more than you deadlift isn't really normal, but I understand the fear. lower back injuries are no joke.

are you aware that you have a chick as your forum avi? there are people in this world who suffer from a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way. I on the other hand am 6'4 245lbs and exercise everyday. I forgot all the other shit about the mom being a truck driver with bad knees and whatnot, but you get the idea. LOL
