Since you havent posted any stats, it not known where you are, like weight, height etc. So whats your technique to the lean thing? Im sort of in the middle. I dont want to be huge and yet not thin. But im trying to get get my abs right and sliced. But that the battle. So how do you do it or keep it? If you dont mind sharing...lol.
Exactly, No Joke. I already felt the pain of a sprain that lasted a month. But I do know I need to find an alternative for legs. So whats your story? I see you are lean but are nicely ripped, which means you are trying to gain while bulking, but trying to keep the abs shredded. Correct me if im wrong.
Why you say thats about the deadlift? Actually Im fearful of them since I hurt my back on squats. So anything close terrifies me. lol. But what made you say that?
