I used to be in phenomenal shape when I was in the Marine Corps, but a couple years of going to school sitting on my ass, and drinking have taken their toll. I decided it was time for me to remedy the situation.
Why I Love It:
I feel alot better lately, I sleep much better, my desire to drink is gone. I still need to lose 30 pounds but Ive already gained alot of muscle and fitness back in a few months.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thats easy, just thinking back to the way I used to look with 8% body fat is all the motivation I need.

To regain the superior physical conditon I used to be in.
Goal (Long):
I would love to be in the kind of shape an NFL defensive back would be. Bench 225 20 times, max bench like 350, and run three miles in 20 minutes again.
I work one body part a day, followed by 25-45 minutes of cardio depending on how much time I have. If anybody who is very experienced can recommend improvements to this, please feel free to message me and do so.
