When I Started:
Sep, 2008
How I Started:
Got started back in Jr High and I have been lifting off and on ever since. Got into it big time around 19 years of age. Had my meals all down on paper and took all my supplements like clockwork. Did weight training 4 times a week and cardio 3 times a week. Had a six pack and defintion everyway. While spending time focusing on my career and being a dad I lost me dedication to working out. I have a new found focus and want to get my old body back!!!!
Why I Love It:
I like the way it makes me feel and look. I just want to stay strong and look muscular. I am not trying to get to a competitive level or anything like that. I enjoy working out and that's really why I do it.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing everyone else in great shape! Also I dont want to be the fat out of shape dad that cant do anything with their children.

I hear you. That was the same with me. And this site keeps me constantly motivated. It's easy to sink into old habits when every one around you is eating junk and not exercising, but when you have like-minded people around, it's easier to stick to the plan. I do weights 6 days a week and HIIT 4 days. And eating clean has helped tremendously with progress.
I'm very excited for the Giants this year. It was a pleasure to see them beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl considering where I live now. I'm happy with how my workouts are going. How are yours??
